We are working with a national plaintiff litigation law firm that specializes in Mesothelioma looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to join their team!

The firm is in Culver City on-site (M-F) from 9:00AM-5:30PM with a 30 min or one hour lunch break. Parking is covered, the office culture and morale is EXCELLENT!

Requirements for this position:

• 3 -5 years of litigation paralegal experience (Asbestos, Mass Torts experience is a plus!)
• Experienced with all aspects of discovery (Responding/Propounding, request for production, Special Interrogatories).
• E-Filing experience for state and federal courts.
• Preparing for Trial (Organizing trial binders, exhibits, discovery documents, bate stamp, witness list, jury instructions).
• Calendaring (Deadlines)
• Proficient with MS office suite.
